  THE MACUNGIE WOMAN WHO, ALONG WITH HER BOYFRIEND, LED POLICE ON A WILD CHASE IN BOTH NEW JERSEY AND PENNSYLVANIA HAS PLEADED GUILTY TO ALL CHARGES AGAINST HER.  23-YEAR-OLD SHAYNA SYKES ADMITS TO CHARGES RANGING FROM AGGRAVATED ASSAULT TO CRIMINAL MISCHIEF.  BACK IN MARCH, SYKES SAYS SHE AND BOYFRIEND BLAKE BILLS WERE COMING OFF A DRUG BINGE WHEN THEY STOLE A POLICE CAR IN CAMDEN, NEW JERSEY AND DROVE INTO PHILADELPHIA WHERE THEY CRASHED BEFORE SYKES STOLE A PHILADELPHIA POLICE CRUISER, HIT A TRUCK AND ALMOST RAN OVER A WOMAN.

HIS LAWYER CHECKED OFF A BOX ON A COURT SYSTEM FORM DESCRIBING THE CASE AS "SLANDER/LIBEL/DEFAMATION."  A YEAR AGO, A TEAM LED BY FREEH PRODUCED A REPORT CRITICAL OF HOW SPANIER AND OTHER TOP PENN STATE ADMINISTRATORS HANDLED THE SANDUSKY MATTER.

  THE MOTHER OF A 10-YEAR-OLD GIRL WHOSE FIGHT TO OBTAIN A LUNG TRANSPLANT RESULTED IN A COURT RULING IN HER FAVOR SAYS HER DAUGHTER'S OUT OF SURGERY FOR A TRACHEOSTOMY AND IS RESTING COMFORTABLY.  SARAH MURNAGHAN'S MOTHER, JANET, WROTE ON FACEBOOK FRIDAY THAT SHE WAS RELIEVED THE PROCEDURE WAS OVER AND IT WAS A JOY TO SEE HER DAUGHTER'S FACE SANS TUBES AND TAPE.  MURNAGHAN SAYS THE PROCEDURE CREATED AN OPENING INTO SARAH'S WINDPIPE THAT SHE CAN BREATHE THROUGH.  THE GIRL, WHO HAS END-STAGE CYSTIC FIBROSIS, RECEIVED A PAIR OF ADULT-LUNG TRANSPLANT AFTER A FEDERAL JUDGE RULED IN FAVOR OF HER PARENTS' LAWSUIT CHALLENGING NATIONAL RULES REGARDING ORGAN DONATIONS.
