LOCAL PHILANTHROPIST INEZ DONLEY DIED NINE MONTHS AGO BUT HER MEMORY WILL LIVE ON AT KIDSPEACE'S CAMPUS IN OREFIELD.  KIDSPEACE UNVEILED AN INEZ DONLEY MEMORIAL FRIDAY MORNING.  SHE AND HER HUSBAND EDWARD DONATED MORE THAN $1 MILLION TO KIDSPEACE AND INEZ DONLEY SERVED ON THE KIDSPEACE BOARD OF DIRECTORS FOR 15 YEARS AND WAS AN HONORARY BOARD MEMBER UNTIL HER DEATH IN JANUARY.

IT'S TEEN DRIVER SAFETY WEEK, BUT PENNDOT SPOKESPERSON JAN McKNIGHT SAYS THE WEEK IS REALLY TARGETED TOWARDS PARENTS RATHER THAN THEIR TEEN DRIVERS.  "PENNDOT IS USING THIS OPPORTUNITY TO REMIND PARENTS AND GUARDIANS THAT ADULT SUPERVISION IS CRITICAL IN KEEPING TEEN DRIVERS SAFE ON THE ROADS.  RECOGNIZING THAT PARENTS AND GUARDIANS ARE AN INTEGRAL PART IN TEEN DRIVING SUCCESS IS WHAT TEEN DRIVER SAFETY WEEK IS ALL ABOUT," McKNIGHT SAYS.  McKNIGHT HOPES PARENTS USE THE WEEK TO TALK WITH THEIR KIDS ABOUT SAFE DRIVING.  ACCORDING TO THE MOST RECENT STATISTICS, TEEN DRIVERS HAD CRASH RATES THREE TIMES THOSE OF DRIVERS 20 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER.

POLICE ARE LOOKING FOR A CONVERTIBLE SEEN DRIVING DOWN THE PHILADELPHIA MUSEUM OF ART STEPS MADE FAMOUS IN THE MOVIE "ROCKY."  SEVERAL PEOPLE POSTED ONLINE VIDEOS SHOWING THE CAR DRIVING DOWN THE STEPS IN FITS AND STARTS AT ABOUT MIDNIGHT THURSDAY.  THE CAR THEN SPEEDS OFF.  HUGH DILLON, A PHOTOGRAPHER WHO RUNS THE LOCAL ENTERTAINMENT WEBSITE PHILLYCHITCHAT, POSTED ONE OF THE VIDEOS.  HE SAYS HE LIVES NEARBY AND HAPPENED ON THE STUNT.  POLICE SAY THEY PLAN TO REVIEW SURVEILLANCE VIDEO TO TRY TO FIND THE DRIVER, WHO WOULD FACE CITATIONS FOR NUMEROUS OFFENSES, INCLUDING RECKLESS DRIVING AND DRIVING ON THE SIDEWALK.

IT'S THE NITTANY LIONS AT THE BUCKEYES TONIGHT AND PENN STATE COACH BILL O'BRIEN SAYS IT DOESN'T GET MUCH BETTER THAN THAT.  "PENN STATE VS OHIO STATE AND THEN YOU THINK ABOUT WHAT IN THE HISTORY OF COLLEGE FOOTBALL AND THESE TWO TEAMS PLAYING EACH OTHER AND THE TRADITION OF BOTH SCHOOLS AND TWO GREAT COACHING STAFFS AND A LOT OF GOOD PLAYERS ON BOTH SIDES OF THE BALL," O'BRIEN SAYS.  PENN STATE IS 4-AND-2 AND IS COMING OFF A BYE WEEK.  OHIO STATE IS 7-AND-0 AND HAVE WON ALL 19 GAMES SINCE URBAN MEYER CAME TO COLUMBUS BEFORE LAST YEAR.  KICKOFF FROM THE HORSEHOE IS AT 8 O'CLOCK ON WAEB.

THE EAGLES HOPE TO SWEEP THE SEASON SERIES AGAINST THE GIANTS TOMORROW AFTERNOON.  COACH CHIP KELLY EXPECTS ELI MANNING TO BE BETTER THAN HE WAS THREE WEEKS AGO WHEN HE THREW THREE INTERCEPTIONS IN THE EAGLES' WIN.  "WE EXPECT THE BEST.  ELI'S ONE OF THE TOP QUARTERBACKS IN THIS LEAGUE AND EVERY TIME YOU HAVE THE CHANCE TO FACE HIM IT'S A CHALLENGE BECAUSE HE'S SO SMART AND HE'S GOING TO GET THE BALL OUT TO THE RIGHT PEOPLE," KELLY SAYS.  THE EAGLES ARE 3-AND-4.  THE GIANTS ARE 1-AND-6 AFTER WINNING FOR THE FIRST TIME LAST WEEK.  KICKOFF FROM PHILADELPHIA IS AT 1 O'CLOCK.
